Overcoming Communication and Relational Problems Associated with Diverse Groups

Diverse groups present an interesting problem to be solved. In one of our past blog posts we discussed the types of diversities and their positive and negative impact on diverse groups. The post also stated the positive relationship between diverse groups and performance. But studies also show there is a negative relationship between diverse groups and group interaction processes. In order to exploit the high performance capabilities that diverse groups offer, companies must first figure out how to increase communication and interaction within diverse groups.
